Your membership. Member status begins on registration. VIP requires €1,500 and VIC €6,000 in qualifying purchases over the preceding consecutive 12 months. Upgraded status lasts 12 months, then is reviewed using the previous 12 months’ qualifying spend. Tier progress is based on spend, separate from your points balance. Redeeming points does not reduce spend already earned toward a tier.

VIP welcome gift. Receive one earphone case and one embroidered logo shoulder strap with your first handbag purchase as a VIP. A handbag order that brings your qualifying spend to the VIP threshold is eligible; otherwise, the gift is included with your first handbag purchase after you reach VIP. Limited to one set per member in total. VIC members retain this benefit if it has not already been redeemed. The handbag shown in the styling image is not part of the gift.

1. Earning points. After registration, earn 1 point per €1 actually paid for eligible products, rounded down per order. Qualifying spend includes tax, after discounts and points deductions. Delivery charges and gift-card purchases are excluded. If gift cards are offered, eligible products paid for with a gift card earn points at purchase.
2. When points arrive. Points become available after the order’s applicable return period. Cancelled or returned products earn neither points nor qualifying tier spend.
3. Using rewards. Redeem 500 points for €10 off a subsequent order, in increments of 500 points. Rewards cannot exceed 10% of the order’s product value and cannot be combined with another promotional code. The available number of €10 rewards is rounded down. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Expiry. Each points credit expires 24 months after it becomes available. Points expiring soonest are used first.
5. Returns & refunds. Qualifying spend and earned points attributable to refunded products are deducted. Points used on those products are restored proportionately; restored points that have already expired receive a further 30 days to use. If earned points have already been spent, the resulting negative balance is offset by future points. Tier upgrades affected by refunds are reviewed.
